Information about clients, individuals businesses and anything that could be considered sensitive or insider information discussed in these calls by yourself, the team, coach, guests or others members is strictly is confidential and not to be shared publicly or privately outside of the community
MESSAGING SUPPORT -
Kajabi Community will be the space for you to plug in for support, coaching and questions throughout your time in the membership. Replies will be focused on a Monday or Friday, and don't expect instant replies throughout the week.

CASE STUDIES + TESTIMONIALS
Bronte and the Dash Team may share snippets of sessions, updates on client progress or key outcomes discussed and showcased inside the community.
Please communicate clearly with the team, in a written format, if anything specific shouldn't be shared or you don't wish to be public.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION / TERMINATION -
Should you have any issues or concerns with the services provided, please contact [email protected] to bring this to our attention to be resolved ASAP. Should you want to terminate your contract, this will be as per the terms of your legal contract. Bronte also reserves the right to terminate the contract if there is to be a breach in the contract if the working relationship has broken down or there has been a loss in confidence or trust.
PAYMENTS -
Your payments will automatically be deducted from your account as per the payment plan you agreed to. Please ensure you have this date marked in your calendar to ensure their are sufficient funds in your account.
Refunds are not issued, and we require 7 days to cancel a subscription.
