What was your mindset when we started working together?

"Lost, very lost, I had massive imposter syndrome"

What were your goals for your business?

"One of my main goals was to create more structure and independence in my work by shifting from traditional employment to a client-based model—essentially turning my employer into my client."

What did you specifically want to achieve or gain from coaching?

"I wanted to gain more confidence that I was on the right path and get support in setting up the business side of things properly."

What measurable results have you got since we started coaching?

"Since starting coaching, I've gone out on my own, and my confidence has grown significantly—imposter syndrome is barely there now. I've landed a massive new client, which has the potential to open even more doors. My business is now set up, thanks to Socials Boss and the ongoing support from Bronte."

What mindset or motivation goals have you achieved since working together?

"I've learned to structure my time better and built the confidence to branch off on my own. I was so scared at first, but now I just wish I'd done it sooner."

What do you feel has had the biggest impact on your business / your biggest breakthrough?

"The biggest breakthrough for me has been building structure and managing my time more effectively, but most importantly, truly believing that I'm good enough. People want to work with me for my skills and services—I just needed to believe in myself."
