Naturally, I am not very self confident and I like to know exactly what I’m doing. Working with Bronte on my business and my processes allowed me to become so organised within my business that I knew my own processes from back to front. It allowed me to look at what I offer and assess where I am and where I want to go and the exact steps on how to get there.
