My corporate training is designed for teams who have an in-house team member who is either managing, or wants to manage their social media channels and needs support in the best strategic approach, process and optimisation skills so they feel confident and can best perform their role in the company. Below are the people I generally train with.
ADMIN.
Admin staff often have a clear understanding of the day-to-day happenings in the company and can utilise these insights on the social channels. Taking it further than giving them the logins, we will define a process and strategy which empowers them in their role and utilises their skillset.
ASSISTANTS.
Assistants are a powerful asset in a company and amongst their various roles, they often are assigned the social media channels to manage. I work with them directly to define a strong approach and upskil them on the strategy and platforms.
MARKETING MANAGERS.
Marketing Managers often don't have specific social media training, but an in-depth understanding of the overall marketing approach. By increasing their social media skills, they can utilise these channels to better achieve overall marketing goals.

THE TRAINING APPROACH.
I work with you to custom design the sessions based on the team, needs, socials and goals, but the below is an overview of my general approach of how we work together to upskil and optimise your team and socials!
STRATEGY SESSION.
We can have a half / full day team strategy session to review the current approach, define messages and goals and get input from various team members. This allows us to get clear on where we are, and where we want to be.
TRAINING SERIES.
We take the strategy session insights with the social media team and define a strategy, customised for the brand. I will train in optimised social media approach and structure a strong schedule to follow for the in-house team.
COACHING.
Monthly coaching ensures we keep on top of everything moving forward, and the social media manager has support with campaign planning, results review and optimising the strategy as they move forward.
